Are the slates dishwasher safe?
Yes. These are just stone coasters. Please keep in mind though that as the coaster itself should be fine, the little felt feet may not be and may ruin your dishwasher or cause issues as they may fall apart in the dishwasher.
If I break one, what is the replacement cost for a replacement coaster?
As of right now, there isn’t a replacement agreement. We hope to be soon able to offer a replacement plan. You would have to just order another and I’m sure we could work something out.
What materials can you engrave on?
Stainless steel, wood, cork, slate, aluminum (coated), and coated tumblers.
What are some of your products?
20 oz tumblers, money clips, cork coasters, slate coasters (both round and square). We have flask sets that you can choose from, just the flask and funnel or flask funnel and two shot glasses (tin) in a beautiful wooden box or leather box. Leather boxes are available in black or pink. We have two (2) sizes of Slate Charcuterie boards, 6×9 and 12×7, both of which are customizable, and last but not least we offer Leather keychains.
Is there a cleaning process for slate coasters?
No not really. I treat these coasters before I engrave on them. When wet they will look a tad different. Once they dry though it will dry just like it was done. I do not recommend scrubbing hard as you may pull out some of the engraving.
What is your return policy?
Since most items we make are custom, we do not take returns. We would not be able to resell the item that was made. Therefore, all sales are final.
What other services does your business offer?
We also have vinyl that we use to customize small things, such as kitchen items, plastic mugs, coffee cups, and many other items. We have a wide variety of decals that we sell as well.
